when creating Deliverables Item Number missing

we are using Project Deliverable integration with Shipping Execution

I have created Delivery type with Function shipping

when creating Deliverables (Workplan -> Deliverables) for Shipping type not able to find the Item Number in LOV, though i have setup this Expense Item (Non Inventory item) in Master Item form , for this item shipping flag is enabled and also costing is enabled.

In the Inventory Organizations LOV the Inventory Organization for which master item belongs is also missing

please advise what's missing here ?? as i am not able to find Item Number in LOV when creating Deliverables
