Is there a way to have 'Show Shippable Lines Only' checkbox checked always - order lines via Tools?

There is a profile option to control Tools - Show Line Details checkbox on order line screen.

Is there a way to control the 'Show Shippable Lines Only' checkbox - always checked?

This box by default is unchecked and if checked manually, remains valid for the session only.

Has anybody achieved this - may be personalization?

The users do not want to see all the option classes and other placeholder levels in BOM - they are only interested in ordered configuration and the shippable items.
