SSE to OEE Migration-ReconfigureDB.EXE error

Hi Team,

We are following the below oracle document for SSE to OEE migration process as part of Multi foundation.

"EnterpriseOne – Instructions to migrate the local database from SSE2005 to OEE 12c."

Application Release-9.0

Tools upgrade- from 8.98.3.3 to 9.1.5.10

Enterprise server-As400 V7R1

Web server- Websphere

And at the below step we are getting error, could you please check the error and let me know how to fix it.

8. Only perform this step if your system is 9.1.5.x or lower. This step requires the contents of the CD4 that was downloaded during the Oracle Install.

a. Go to the folder where CD4 was extracted.
