Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi everyone,

I recently updated my goal management to the responsive version but found out there are a few issues;

employees are unable to delete or share the goals they created
the completion rate (in percentages) have been taken off

I raised a SR and was referred to a goal matrix setting but I am unsure how to get there.

I need some help
