JDE Orchestrator - App Stack Form Exception

Hi ,

Tools Release: EnterpriseOne 9.2.4.3

Applications Release: E920

I am running into App Stack Form Exception error trying to run an orchestration to do the following.

1. Inquire on Equipment Master and update Equipment Status
2. Then return few values from the same application.

Orchestration seems to return the correct values but in between runs in to Exception. Can someone help me on this please?
