E biz suite Cash Management Bank Statement Import program

Hello

As far I understand bank statement import program either import one bank statment fully including header and all line or it shows error in statement header. But there is nothing like partial import for any specific bank statement. That is what my understanding. We are using E Business Suite 12.1.3. Can anyone confirm if bank statement import program does not import the bank statement partially?
