Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. GoToView doesn't work from event handler BS. Why RemovePostCmdForReleasedItem is invoked?

Hello,

Does anyone know something about method 'RemovePostCmdForReleasedItem' of Communications Client?

We run into a situation when RemovePostCmdForReleasedItem stops GotoView execution.

Scenarion:

User work with CTI. Event from 3d party system (genesys) came to siebel. Event Response invokes custom business service.
Custom BS invokes business components method.
Server script on BC invokes GotoView method. In logs we see PostOpenView command.
RemovePostCmdForReleasedItem is invoked. GotoView doesn't work.

Why RemovePostCmdForReleasedItem is invoked and how continue GotoView execution?

Siebel version is 21.5. In previous version (15.0) the problem wasn't reproducible.
