Upgrade to OEM 13.5 question

Hi All, we have upgraded OEM from 12.1 to 13.3 and are now setting up to upgrade to 13.5.

However, the documentation seems very confusing to me.

Here are the details, we are running rhel 7, db is 19.11, our OMS runs on the same server as our OMR db. We need to perform an end to end silent upgrade, installing the 13.5 binaries and upgrading our OMR. I have generated the response files and discovered 6 different files (our 13.3 upgrade had 2, install.rsp and upgrade.rsp). So based on my goals which should I setup and use: softwareOnlyWithPlugins_upgrade.rsp or upgrade.rsp?
