Way to prevent adding an asset master to a non-posting Responsible Business Unit.

Fixed asset P1204 will allow the user to add an asset to a non-posting Responsible Business Unit. The system will then generate an error if you try to transfer to a posting BU.

Can we prevent the ability to add assets to non-posting Responsible Business Units?
