What are the steps to setup a leave bank from donated sick & annual leave hours

Hi ~

Need to setup a "Leave Bank" that will store donated hours from employees sick and/or annual leave. Also, need to capture the donated amount and recipient amounts once the leave is transferred to an employee. There are other qualifiers, for example, converting the hours to dollars but need to know what to do to get started.

FYI:

  • Using JDE E1 9.2.2.5.
  • Time is captured in a external application and uploaded to E1.
