Extract/Replicat details windows not wortking in GG Microservices Administration Console

Some weeks after crating a new extract/replicat the "Action" => "Details" window gets empty. We can't see the process information, parameters, reports window , etc.

This happens 1-2 weeks after creating a new extract/replicat. We reinstalled GG and recreated extract/replicat but it didn't help. Some weeks after reinstalling, the "Details" window goes empty.

We are using GG Microservices 19.1.0.0.210720 for Oracle 19c

Any idea?
