We are in planning to upgrade Tools Release. Below are the 'current Technology' and 'To be Technology details'.

We are evaluating in-place OS & database upgrade approach. What will be pros & cons for in-place OS & DB upgrade vs implementing on new hardware.

What is the best practice for OS & Database upgrade approach while we consider Tools upgrade activity.

To be Technology Details
