Cannot add hosts to OLVM, fails:

[follwing steps from here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/virtualization/oracle-linux-virtualization-manager/getstart/manager-install-prereqs.html#storage-reqs]

Engine is Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager Software Version:4.3.10.4-1.0.21.el7

Engine is running on Vmware vSphere Client version 7.0.0.10400

I tried re-installing it after changing the vNIC driver from VMXNET 3 to E1000E. Same results:

"You haven't configured Power Management for this Host. Are you sure you want to continue?"

Cannot add Power Management - unsure what fence agent to use. And so,

"Failed Adding new Host kvmtest3 to Cluster Default"

Status: NonResponsive changes to InstallFailed

Host kvmtest2 became non responsive. It has no power management configured. Please check the host status, manually reboot it, and click "Confirm Host Has Been Rebooted"
