modify number of processes in a 12 Oracle database from 640 to 10000

Hi, I have to modify number of processes in a 12 Oracle database from 640 to 10000, what O.S kernel parametrs do we have to increase to set the number of processs ?

We have:

!uname -a

Linux 01vt 3.10.0-1160.2.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Sep 21 21:00:09 EDT 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

more /etc/redhat-release

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.6 (Maipo)
