Is there somebody knows how to apply modified exchange rate to records created wrong exchange rate?

Below is detail situation.

Set up Exchange Rate on Shell Attribute 'Currency Tab'.
Made Cost Type Records.
Exterminated Cost Sheet to check migration error.
Found out Exchange Rate is wrong.
Changed Exchange Rate on Shell Attribute 'Currency Tab'.
Nothing was changed on Cost Sheet.
