Could not find correct product name at Oracle Support SR page

This question is in relation to the following question of mine:

I had accidentally and unintentionally marked the question as closed whilst trying to reply to the answer provided by @MichaelC-Oracle.

Following his advise, I could not find the proper product name from the Technical SR's product list using all possible keywords linked to SMU. Can anyone point me in the correct direction? Your help is greatly appreciated.
