Concurrent Request running for a long time

Hi

We are running a custom concurrent request in EBS 11i. This is a report.

Depending on parameters it sometimes take a long time in the range of 3 hours.

What I have found is one instance is running for a few days and the user has complained.

I have checked the logfile - it looks like it is restarting from time to time. See attached.

e.g. The RequestID=81323406. User sent screenshot yesterday, with Date Started 06-SEP-2021 05:50:34

Today when I am checking the concurrent request the Date Started has increased by 1 day, i.e.07-SEP-2021 05:50:58.

The Request is submitted from Request Set which originally started 01-SEP-2021.
