Add/Drop functionality

Dear Concerns,

Is there any possibility to handle the drop courses functionality from Appointments or some other functionality.

The case is, tomorrow is the last date of drop courses and add courses will be ended by next next week. I have already given an appointments to students. So how I can achieve this functionality that student cannot drop courses from tomorrow but he can enroll the courses till next week.
