Unable to send email message using Outbound Communications Manage - CreateRequestSync

Hello Team,

While sending mail using BS: Outbound Communications Manage and Method: CreateRequestSync i am getting the below error

Cannot send communication template "Message Template". There is no address for recipient 1-18LCPX.(SBL-CMO-00153)Good send = '0', total processed up to now = '1'.

Below is the configuration i did

We have cloned "HLS Case" bc and name it "Proceeding BC", now i am trying to send a email using Advanced templates(Administartion Communication ->All Templates->). The email body will have multiple fields from the "Proceeding BC", i have created template and provided Object and Recepient Group as "Proceeding BC". Recepient Group i created by entering values in the particular LOV.
