July Windows 64 bit patch

Getting this when I run prereq checks:

"Superset Patch 32832237 has subset patch 32409154 which has overlay patches 32399816..."

It wants me to rebuild the superset patch. I'm of the opinion that I shouldn't have to hack the patches, but that oracle should test these thoroughly before they release them.
