Add Columns To Source Tables While GoldenGate Extract Is Running?

Hello, In a table not all columns were initially considered in replication. Over time they need to incorporate more columns that contain DATA. 

The only way is to load the table again as if it were the first time? or is there some other way?

Replication Active(Oracle-Onpremise)-Passive(Aws Aurora Mysql)
