Original File Name Appears in Table of Contents as Report Book Name.

Hello,

I am using Reports 11.2.3. We have a report book and we changed the name. When we run the report book, the original file name appears in the Table of Contents. How can we change this. I think the screenshots show the issue well. We want the current report book name to print on the table of contents, not the old original name.
