Using Oracle Internet Expenses to record Utility Payments 12.1.3
Dear Team,
We have a business requirement to record utility payments. Currently, we are using Non PO AP Invoices form to record utility payments.
However, business requirement is that the requesting department should record such expenses which will go for approval by department head and finance and then interface to AP Invoice with relevant supplier name.
For this purpose, is it advisable to use Oracle internet expenses module where employee will enter utility related expenses with supplier name WHICH will be approve by dept head and finance and before we interface expense report to AP invoice, we will update supplier name field (replace employee name with actual supplier name in interface) and then export Expense report in AP ,
