In project costing project team, what exactly is the functionality for Cost and Bill tabs and the Cost and Bill group boxes in Resource details page? I reviewed Peoplebook and am not sure if I followed the purpose. Is this used by the pricing engine to calculate the Billing price or is this used for only estimation purposes? Any use cases will help.

Also, is there a delivered PeopleSoft Team Excel to CI to load resources? Is it generic Excel to CI template or is there some process that need to be run using excel to ci like activity upload?
