Greetings!!

Please assist, I am facing a challenge on downloading WebLogic Patch 28186730: OPATCH 13.9.4.2.5 FOR EM 13.4, FMW/WLS 12.2.1.3.0, 12.2.1.4.0 AND 14.1.1.0.0 with prompted error "Invalid Password" after successfully login to the portal.

But I succeeded to download other WebLogic Opatch except Patch 28186730.

Please Advice on this!!!!
