1 way speech when ingress INVITE without SDP

Hi,

we encounter a strange issue. One of our customer is sending INVITE without SDP when call coming from a group (PBX 3CX). We have sometimes, not every calls, we have 1 way speech. I checked the logs/traces, nothing relevent to understand the 1 way speech.

Maybe you are aware about this type of issue? which feature/option to investigate for this ype of issue?
