Getting org/apache/log4j/Logger & org/apache/log4j/PropertyConfigurator

We are using agile 9.3.3 and moving to 9.3.6 RUP15, while running the custom px which include logger we are getting org/apache/log4j/Logger upon searching on oracle KM we got this doc Doc ID 2379524.1, We followed this doc and gave new reference for log4j but still we are getting the same error. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?
