Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

I am getting the error while executing datapatch

Connecting to database...OK

Gathering database info...Error: prereq checks failed!

Can't call method "execute" on an undefined value at /u01/oracle/EBSTEST/db/tech_st/19c/sqlpatch/sqlpatch.pm line 2263.

Background.

Applied 19.12 DB and OVJM patches on the remote database
Reclone the database using DB Link from 19.8 database
Database recloned successfully but with error.
remote database was open in restricted mode.
And when tried to execute the datapatch, then I got above error.
