Buyer reporting to Multiple Managers

Hi

We have an Operating Unit with 3 Manufacturing locations. In oracle, this is mapped as a single OU (ISO) and 3 Inventory Orgs (IS1, IS2, IS3)

Each Manufacturing location is headed by a Plant Manager eg PM1, PM2, PM3

We have a common buyer B1 who buys for all 3 locations.

We need to create a hierarchy where :

When B1 buys for IS1, PM1 has to approve

When B1 buys for IS2, PM2 has to approve and

When B1 buys for IS3, PM3 has to approve.

We use Position based Hierarch for approval.

Any idea from someone who has actually implemented this process.
