tools 924 fat client- windows 10 or server 2016? which one is better

**Note-This is not a question about certification, i am already aware that both windows 10 and server 2016 are certified with tools 924 and 925.

We are planning to move away from windows 2012 R2 servers for our FAT clients as they are not certified with tools 925 which we are planning to go to early next year. I was wondering if anyone has worked on either windows 10 or server 2016 fat clients and which one is good or more stable. I remember from few years ago that windows 10 was not good for fat client due to some Microsoft bug even though it was certified. Looking for recommendation.
