FDMEE Custom application data export - prevent accumulation/Merge of data for same POV

Hi All,

I am using a custom target application for Flat file import and export. I don't want to accumulate/Merge the data for the same POV intersection and I want to create the same number of rows output line matching with source file line items. Any idea how to do that? I tried using delimited All data type, but this didn't help. Any ideas would be appreciated.
