How can I rebuild a old and inactive GG configuration using new data

I inherited a long time broken and non-functioning Golden Gate instance, where the Source (Extract) has ongoing DML but the Target (Replicat) is not being updated. There was no way to reapply any extracts to the Replicat so I have truncated all the tables in the Target (Replicat) and disabled all the FKs. I can run an expdp/impdp to move the appropriate data but what commands do I use to tell GG to flush the prior sid and start at the new time?
