Position Data Component Search Processing VERY SLOW in French language

Hi All,

we recently upgraded tools version in system from 8.46 to 8.58 on people soft 8.9 version. When we do some position data search in the position data component logging in french language such as giving only Deptid, company or description it takes lot of time to load. For example when i give a position number and click on search it takes more than a minute to load.

whereas when we do the same transaction in English we are getting results in half a second.the records used for search are position_srch. the language record behind this is posn_srch_lang.
