Identify Admin password for OAG apics gateway 12.2.1.4 in Cloud

The apics OAG's admin password was either forgotten or changed. The version is 12.2.1.4, installed in WebLogic, and it is installed in the OCI cloud. How do you check and identify it's password? Saw some reference here from older versions like adminUsers.json but that doesn't seem to be in the server when I do a find command in its Linux box - https://community.oracle.com/tech/apps-infra/discussion/3942300/how-to-find-the-passwrod


Would need something specific to this version that is installed in the cloud. Would anyone have an idea?
