Self Service W4s for Out of State workers
Good Afternoon, I am trying to determine what other organizations do for W4s for employees that live in a different state then the company. Do you have a self service method for having the employees complete the federal W4, resident state W4 and the business state W4 or do you have them fill out paper forms and send them to payroll for input? What about when employees move to a new state, how are those handled? Thank you in advance for your help.
