How to map Amazon purchasing category 99999999 to internal 9999.99.99

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

I am trying to use e-commerce xml gateway to configure the conversion. I have tried

XXXX.XX.XX => 99999999

9999.99.99 => 99999999

But it does not convert. It punches out to Amazon and comes back to Oracle iProcurement saying this category was defined. We have the value.
