Configuration for OracleVssWriterWINMDB2

Hello, 

We have installed an application that uses Oracle Database Standard Edition 2, on a physical server with standard Windows Server 2019.

I installed a backup system based on Synology RS820+ and Active Backup for Business. When I start the Synology backup task, it stops with error 80042301: Unable to take a snapshot for C:\.

I temporarily stopped the OracleVssWriterWINMDB2 service and the Synology backup was performed without errors.

Can OracleVssWriterWINMDB2 be configured not to crash Synology Active Backup?

If it can't be configured, is it safe to stop the OracleVssWriterWINMDB2 service permanently? How does this deactivation of the service affect the operation of the application?
