Oracle VM Manager admin user Account Locked (Doc ID 2323155.1)

Follow the below action plan:

1. Log into the Weblogic Console.

https://OVM_MANGER:7002/console

2. In the "Change Center" of the Administration Console, click the "Lock & Edit" button.

3. In the left pane click the name of the domain.

4. Select Security > Unlock User.

5. Enter the user name of the user whose account you want to unlock.

6. Click Save.

but I can't find this console
