PDBA Integrity Error 0106 Number Pay Periods Invalid

Hello,

My client recently processed their integrity reports and over 2000 pages were produced for Error 0106 for 7 DBAs.

These DBAs have never had the flag turned on setup for Number of Periods and yet the F06146 records for these DBAs all have 9999 in the Number of Periods bucket.

What would cause this if the flag is not turned on?
