Rebuild forms and reports errors using adadmin after upgrading JDK

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.1.2. OS: OL7.3. Database:11gR12.

Following Note Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Readme (Doc ID 1080973.1) to upgrade to 12.1.3. There are 3 phases,

1.Upgrading Application Server to 10.1.3.5. Upgrading to the Latest OracleAS 10g 10.1.3.x Patch Set in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 454811.1).

2.Upgrading Java: Using JDK 7.0 Latest Update with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.0 and 12.1 (Doc ID 1467892.1).

3.Upgrading EBS to 12.1.3.

We accomplished all these phases twice, we upgraded to 12.1.3 each time on new fresh clone instance from our production environment.

We moved to production, Application Server phase completed as expected. But Java upgrading, did not.
