Careers Home - tracking views or hits on a job posting

Hello, was wondering if anyone has a method in PeopleSoft they use to track the number of 'hits' or views a job posting gets from potential applicants via Candidate Gateway>Careers home? We found there is no delivered functionality for tracking this requirement. Have you developed a custom build in order to achieve this? We are using PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.58.11. Thank you
