ADADMIN Continue as if it were successful [No]

Dear All,

If you choose to rebuild working Form/Report using ADADMIN, for whatever reason, rebuild came with errors. Does adadmin "Continue as if it were successful [No]" will rollback changes, so that object will run as it was before running rebuilding?
