Date Tablespace Was Encrypted

I am creating a report in OEM that lists all tablespaces that have been encrypted. Does Oracle store the date that a tablespace was encrypted? What if it was created as encrypted? If so, where is it stored? The MGMT$DB_TABLESPACES_ALL only shows that it is encrypted and not the date it happened.
