export Schema error ORA-39170 and ORA-39001

dears 

I have pluggable DB and I create directort to export schema on it,
but I have an error 
kindly your support 



[oracle@testdb ~]$ expdp user/temp  DIRECTORY=dmpdir DUMPFILE=webm_liferay_eap.dmp LOGFILE=expschema.log SCHEMAS=webm_liferay_eap
