Solaris 10 "Last Updated" patch info erroneous?

While Patch "148309-12 SunOS 5.10: dhcp patch" and some others dates from mid July 2021 and neither the contents nor the Readme where modified after, the info given in Patch Details "Last Updated Sep 12, 2021 9:11 PM (12+ hours ago)" seems to be wrong and might be due to some erroneous processing in the background? Or is there any other reason for "Last Updated" info?
