Saving an Appliance Configuration from the Browser User Interface

In preparing for installing the 19.12 patch (from 19.10) I would like to save the appliance configuration json file for an easier re-image if needed. The 19.10 version of the deployment and user's guide indicates that one can download the json configuration file from the create appliance page in the GUI. I remember seeing this in 19.9 but I cannot find this download feature in 19.10. Is there an equivalent odacli command that can create this file if it is no longer available from the GUI?
