DCS-10001 GC overhead limit exceeded.

I cannot see my database backups on the Oracle Database Appliance. When I run odacli list-backupreports I get "DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: GC overhead limit exceeded." I opened an SR with MOS since this is holding me back from upgrading to the latest patch.

Any suggestions?
