How do I view segment advisor without EM?

I was requested by my user to pull a report of the database size utilization and to know which table can be rebuild to reclaim wasted space. I understand that the DB has automatic segment advisor enabled. I do not have access to the Enterprise Manager, so I couldn't view it from EM. 

Is there a way for me to pull a report from sql developer / sqlplus regarding segment advisor?

Or is there any other way query which I can use to find out all the wasted space in the tables?

My database is running on 12c
