How to configure SAMFS to avoid enable svc:/system/sam-fsd:default if started by "samd start"?

Hello Folk, 
is there a way to configure/setup SAMFS 6.1.59  to avoid to enable "svc:/system/sam-fsd:default" if SAMFS would be started by the "samd start" command?
