How to set up minimum version of the ojdbc client which is allowed for Oracle 19 connection?

We are doing huge upgrade to Oracle 19 (Oracle 19 databases and a lot of applications that connect to these dbs). Applications mostly use ojdbc driver but in mixed versions (ojdbc7-12.1.0.2.0.jar, ojdbc-5.0.0.jar, ojdbc8.jar etc). We noticed that clients which use ojdbc version lower than ojdbc8 triggers some errors in db alert logs and we would like to set up a minimum ojdbc driver version that is allowed connect to our Oracle 19 databases (clients with ojdbc version <8 should get error when trying to connect). Does anybody know if it is possible and how configure sqlnet to achieve this? I
